Banish the Winter blues and get ready for Spring! I will be teaching a watercolour workshop as part of this gentle day of activity to calm your mind, nourish your body and stimulate your creativity; bringing balance, harmony and enrichment to your whole being.

Reconnect your mind and body with Core Stories Yoga. Alix Coleby is an experienced, certified Core Strength Vinyasa yogi. Alix will lead an empowering morning of flow followed later with an afternoon meditation. Alix will safely challenge your physical strength and help you find a deeper core connection.

Before lunch enjoy the peaceful environs of the East Devon countryside. Join us for an invigorating winter walk or take a moment for quiet contemplation.

Refreshments will be available throughout the day and award-winning chef Josh McDonald-Johnson from Mulberry Catering will be creating a nutritious and energising lunch to revive you for the afternoon’s activities.

Our afternoon workshop is led by the artist, calligraphist and author Harriet De Winton (De Winton Paper co). Harriet designs and produces beautiful, personalised, hand-painted stationery and will teach you the art of modern botanical watercolours. Learn the fundamentals of watercolour and the key steps to painting any plant or flower before creating your own artwork to take home.
