I’ve had this collection in my back pocket for a little while now. I debuted it at our first Exeter Wedding Fair, and it is now available to buy on the site. I simply call it Fern.

I have wanted to do another botanical inspired collection for a while, following on from the huge popularity of the Botanical suite.

The Botanical suite was the first collection I ever designed, it clearly struck a chord with brides and grooms and that enthusiasm for the natural look continues today. Therefore this new botanical collection needed to be different. In just one year of business I have seen Wedding trends change dramatically, I had always been interested in minimal, contemporary designs and how I could incorporate my watercolour style.

The kaleidoscopic fern pattern was something I was playing around with for a commission for a styled shoot. I also found the mini ferns strikingly similar to Christmas trees, so this design also masqueraded as my Christmas Card this year!

But for me, ferns signify the wild abundant beauty of the British countryside and the awe inspiring patterns in Nature. To celebrate the launch of this suite, I will be donating 5% of profits from each sale to the British Bee Keepers Association.
